white spot on nipple

I've had a weird white spot on one of my nipples that kinda looked like a zit for like a week or so now. I ignored it and figured it would go away but it never did. So i squeezed it and some white stuff (like with a zit) came out. But once it came out, the white spot disappeared and its back to normal now. Any idea what this could be?

I'm in the same boat I have that too! I think it's normal though I remember seeing another girl post that milk comes out of more than one spit than just your nipple for the baby. But I guess as long as it's painful I don't worry about it too much
