why would my doctor do this? I feel angry

So ill be 17wks on friday, i switched hospitals and OBGYNs due to one issue i had...I kept taking pregnancy tests and they were all negative...my OB (at the time) gave blood work and said my hormone levels were all off and not normal hormone levels for someone who should be having their period. He had me get an ultrasound and i remember looking at the screen and i saw something in my stomach and asked the U/S tech what that was and that i had never seen that in my stomach before. he said "its just your uterus" I had a child 3 1/2 years ago and i remember the ultrasound back then and it looked the same as the one i received before....I said to the U/S tech "maybe im pregnant? it looks familiar" and he said "i couldnt tell you that, your doctor has to say what it is"

So my OB said it was nothing and that in 2 weeks if i didnt get my period he would give me a pill that would force me to have my period........I moved outta state the end of that week for personal reasons and just 2 days later i took a final pregnancy test and it was POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i understand i was roughly ONLY 4 weeks during that U/S so itd be hard to see anything but i saw something and i didnt have any pregnancy symptoms, just peeing A LOT...

but i just want to know, what is everyone else's take on this situation? BC when i was pregnant for my first child, as soon as my Gyno (another different one) she said "your pregnant, so about an abortion" O_o whoaaaa....
i just kinda feel like doctors are trying to force abortions on me!!!! im 23 years old, been in the military, already have one child so i know im perfectly fine to have another and its none of their business if THEY think im too young!

so?? what do you all think? im over-reacting or that doctor was rude? :-/

Waaaaay rude. I had the same thing happen. I went to a womens health place for my first ultrasound... First they said nothing was there (i was 5 weeks) then they said over and over how abortion is the way to go because I was 18. Very rude. im sorry you had to put up with that too!

Luckily that doctor is no longer a doctor..she retired this year. >_< im just still in shock about what im OB said about this pregnancy and how he figured im not pregnant..you'd think about 40 years of being an OBGYN doc that he would actually not be so stupid!!! i know barely anything about that subject and i knew i was pregnant just by the ultrasound!!
