I had a c-section and got my size back, did take a while, didn't work out more than I did before. I breast-fed until my son was 18 months, though, meaning that I kept some extra weight on until that was over.
I started working out a little before my son turned one just to b on the safe side. The only problem I had was gaining my weight back but once I finished breastfeeding it was a little easier. Muscle weighs more than fat so it was the only thing that helped me gain weight and tone up and now I have to do it all over again lol but im happy to
