Im 16 and 4months pregnant my boyfriend turned 18 last month . I live in long beach california does anyone know if he can still get arrested even tho this happened when he was 17

The only time their would be a problem is if either your parents or his parents have issues with it I believe? In sure your fine if their all fine! Congrats btw :)

Haha thanks guys i feel alot better kus hes so sad and he wont stop thinking abt it i even caught him crying and he said cause what if i do have to get arrested i wont be able to be with my son at his birth and all this i felt bad because i was just like this was my choice too and he doesnt deserve to get introuble like that and i was thinking maybe we should of just waited .

Ya don't worry, when your 16 you have a 4 yr age limit so technically your bf can be 20 and its still legal... Not only that you conceived your baby before he turned 18. I had to do a stupid a** paper on all that stuff

We don't live far away from each other ! I live in south central L.A :)
But yes it is illegal to go out with a 18 & older guy here , but if your parents & his parents are ok with it, it's fine.
I'm 17 & my boyfriend is 19. I'm almost 18 , so it'll be ok after.
You wont get caught unless you guys do something wrong

You'll have to check with your state laws. With my first I was 14 and my hubby was 20 and when I had our son I was 15 & he was 21 they were gunna put him in jail but instead he couldn't see neither of us for about a week until we had to go talk to a detective both my parents and his mother both stating it was fine and he even told them he didn't care if he got locked up he will still see his son. Now almost 8 years later I'm Gibbs be 22 and he's 28 and we just had a lil girl almost 13 days go.
