worried and confused

Long story dont know how to start :'( . I woke up at the middle of the night thinking I was pieing in my pants, I went to the bathroom and when I was about to flush the toilet there was a bunch of blood. I went to the ER immediately. Baby is ok but part of the the placenta is broken. I don't understand exactly but they said that I need absolutely bed rest. Does anyone feel familiar with my story? Is my baby going to make it? :'( please help!

Oh and I also have two young kids at home, but mine are a little older 4 and 6. I have explained to them that our baby is sick, so mommy needs all the help I can get. They are very understanding, but it is challanging.

My placenta partially abrupted very early with this pregnancy, I'm now 21 weeks and the bleeding has stopped and baby is doing well.
With my last pregnancy I hemorrhaged at 16 weeks and was told I was having a miscarrage, but it turned out that my placenta detatched with that one as well, but not completely.
Did they give you meaurements or anything related to the bleed? Mine was fairly large at 7 cm x 5 cm x 1 cm. Have they mentioned anything like a subchorionic hemorrhage or partial placental abruption?

Awe, I bet, don't be afraid to call your doctor about EVERYTHING, that's what they're there for, hire someone, get a family member to come stay with you and make sure you're able to sit still, bathroom, and shower should be the only reasons you get up!! I hope everything works out for you hun, keep us updated!!

You need to rest, I hope everything will be okay for you, but that is a big issue, I assume. I would just prepare for anything to happen, just in case...I'm praying for you hun!!
