Hi guys I'm 30 Weeks and my baby is not moving like she should be. She is always moving but since last night she is not moving as much. What should I do?????

Drink some juice and lay down for an hour and try to count 10 movements. If she doesn't get to 10 go to labor and delivery and have them do monitoring. The sugars in the juice should help tho. Good luck

It takes a couple minutes for the juice to get to her so keep that in mind also.

I agree with the post above mine....or even she could just be having a lazy day....
