Usually it's not a viable sac. If your other baby is fine I wouldn't worry because most times there was never a baby in there to begin with. Unless the u/s tech completely missed the 2nd baby there won't be one next time.

Hi Aries! 6 weeks is very early and the answer is YES! It is VERY possible (and even very likely) that the next ultrasound will show that other baby. Alot of times it really is JUST to early. Do you have another u/s scheduled for anytime soon?

Oh yea. 6wks is real early. I'm Only 5wks just wait. It could be another baby or maybe it was going to be but stopped forming already. That's possible. Just Don't stress out about it too much.

Two sacs definately means twins... However its sounds like one viable pregnancy in ur case... 6weeks are bit early.... Ur next u/s should be able to show some progress before diagnosing any kind of miscarriage...
you only release eggs during one 24 hour period. You could not, for example, release eggs on day 14 of your cycle and then again on day 23 of your cycle...

You need to stay calm n off feet until ur next scan... Take care of urself n relax... As u have one viable pregnancy u need to make sure that u do not stress as it can trigger other problemd... Best of luck and keep us posted....
