yeast infection remedys??? help

I have a yeast infection I believe I have a red skin rash around me and I itch sum. Its being a pain to go away. Monistat and crap like that just isn't cutting and I haven't gotten ahold of the Dr. I'm trying some natural remedies like garlic I used the gel out of a garlic capsule. Any other advice or things I can try?

Use neem and Turmeric powder mix.. Apply it over the skin and hot water bath.. Can use neem oil also.
