IM SO CONFUSED!

ok ladies here i go again. my lst period was 25th dec to 30th dec.08,  my period before that started 24th nov and ended 2nd dec.08. my cycle lenght is normally 31 days. iv been using the ovulation calculators  and they say i will b ovulating on the 11th jan 09., but there are also a few sayin i will ovulate on the 8th jan 09, so im gettin confused. iv done  sum ovulation tests too and they are negative at the moment. and and the 14th day of my cycle is the 7th or 8th of jan. oh im so confused, can any one tell me when im ment to b ovulating with me giving these dates. thanks

In my opinion, it would be around the 10th, so it's not too far off from the other calculations. Usually about two weeks prior to your next period is when you are more likely to conceive. Just try on all those days :) But don't stress over it; you'll hurt your chances to conceive by getting your hormones out of wack. Good luck!

I wouldn't rely on 'calculators'...If you are seriously TTC, you should get a basal body temperature thermometer and chart your temps so you can pinpoint your ovulation.  There are free websites like fertilityfriend that will let you keep track of your info on their as well as secondary symptoms such as cervical mucous.

yeah iv ordered a thermometer.  im waiting for it to arrive as my other one broke. but i am also using  ovulation tests to try n help.

Oh, that is good, I never had much luck with the ov. tests...just a word of wisdom about them, if you are not catching your ov. on them, some brands say to test up to three times a day...I couldn't test 3xday because of work etc. and some months I wouldn't catch it with the strips but since I was using my bbt, it worked out for me.

well from my dates im guessing im ovulating around the 10th, as my lst period was 25th dec to 30th dec and my cycles normally last 31 days.  would u say thsi is correct?
