18 weeks breast changes? anyone else?

Ugg last few days I have notice my nipples are feeling weird. There really rough either there starting to get raw or Im starting to leak colustrum and its drying.
Anyone else have this happen? Isn't it too early?

For me I think it was around week 16 or 17 that I noticed I started producing colostrum. It has yet to just leak out, but when I squeezed it a bit, some came out. It's not too early for that to start. I remember asking the same question on here around that time. =)
