1st time experiencing this, HELP!!!!!

well my period was due on jan. 20th. i had very light brown and pink spotting for only 2 and a half days then it dissapeared altogether. now today when i went to take my shower i noticed brown spotting. not enough for a tampon but noticable. im also experiecing constipation(the worst that ive ever had), some headaches, cramps, and fatigue. i took a hpt and it was negative. should i wait to take another or just brush it off?
