Hello i am 21 Dpo and yesterday my temp went up to 97.23 and today it was 97.67 whats going on with this. i have taken two test one 5 days ago and one 2 days ago.. could some one help me and let me know if you think i could be prego.. my temp are usually in the 96.70
I know but My Temps from ovulation and everything keep going up and down.. i should have had my period my now right? i had a dip 19 dpo then it went up.. so i am so confused.
I remember having read about that on Fertility Friend, so I looked it up and this is what they say:
"The coverline carries no physiological meaning. It is just a visualVisual acuity test tool to help you see your ovulation pattern. Whether or not your temperatureTemperature measurement rises or falls below this line does not necessarily indicate anything significant. Individual temperaturesTemperature measurement can fluctuate at any time of the cycle, for both hormonal or non-hormonal reasons. A single dropped temperatureTemperature measurement usually doesn't mean much. You want to look at "the big picture" and see a pattern of temperaturesTemperature measurement over time. As long as you can see a biphasic pattern and a trend towards elevated temperatures after ovulation, there is no need to worry about a single dropped temperature or two.
"If, however, you have so many lower temperatures that you can no longer see a biphasic pattern on your chart, (and you are taking your temperature accurately) this could mean that you did not yet ovulate and should consider yourself potentially fertile so you don't miss an opportunity to conceive."
well on my chart it says 14 temp are above coverline and 4 are below.. i am just upset cause i have tested and they both came back BFN!! Thanks For your help..

So it still sounds pretty promising! Good luck!
