Almost 17 weeks Pregnant with Menstrual like cramping

Hello. I am almost 17 weeks pregnant. I feel the baby move around alot now. My newest concern is menstrual like cramping. I have been experiencing it on and off since yesterday. I have no real reason to be concerned about this but I worry that I may have an incompetent cervix or something. I have no other children and one miscarriage under my belt. Has anyone else experienced cramping in the 2nd trimester? Its not like round ligament pain. It is dull and fairly constant. Is my uterus just stretching? Also I have an increase in creamy discharge and bowel movements lately. Thank you for your responses!

hey i am 19 weeks pregannt and u gona have pain dont worry about it , i feel my baby moves too, and is my first kid , ur body with go into changes a lot thats what the doctor told me,,, i been so sick being pregnant i throw up pretty much 5 times a day i feel depressed but i am dealing with it every single day,
