Am I loseing my baby?

I have had 4 hCG level checks and no one can tell me anything. My last period was 4/22/09 but I am also told i ovulate later than normal.
On June 11,2009 my hCG was 220
On June 15, 2009 my hCG was 280
went up 60 pts, average of 61% in 4 days
On June 19, 2009 mh hCG went to 486
went up 209 pts, average of 73% in 4 days
On June 22, 2009 my hCG went to 665
went up 179 pts, average of 37% in 3days
Now i have to wait a week before the next level check
Can anyone tell me what these levels mean for my pregnancy?

Some women have slow-rising HCG and all is well. The best way to know for sure what's going on is to have a sonogram. You should be able to see the baby and a heartbeat by now via sonogram.

I have had two vaginal ultrasounds, both times they couldnt see anything. I was told my levels were too low to be able to or the baby is not in proper placement.

Actually you're right- the HCG levels are too low just yet. Perhaps you conceived a lot later than you thought, which would explain that. I think when your levels reach over 2000 is when you can see something but I'd have to doublecheck on that number.

The level needs to reach 1000 not 2000 before they can see anything in a scan, so it shouldn't be too long before they can do one.

I know your hcg level has to be in the thousands to see anything on the ultrasound...some do have slow hcg level rising in my case my first hcg level was 26 two days later 130 and two days after that 419 and then a week after that last one it went to 4515...i know hcg levels are suppose to double every 48-72 hours...good luck sweetie keep me posted
