Am I pregnant?

i recently had a miscarriage in march. i was 8-9 weeks pregnant. my husband and i waited the 2 cycles after like the doctor said until we started trying again. it is now october, i was due to get my period sept. 20th but it hasnt come yet. my last period was august 20th..my periods came like clock work, but now im late. i have taken several home test and they all said negative. i went to the dr. today and gave them a urine sample and it came out negative also. he is sending me for blood work. my miscarriage was due to my Hcg levels dropping severely and fast with my miscarriage. so i guess my question is... Am i really pregnant?..if so why cant my hgc levels be detected? the dr. ordered a qualitive blood test(only says yes or no), should he have ordered a quantitive test to see the level of hcg. im so frustrated and scared..i am almost 30 and would like another child,so does my husband...but im affraid im running out of time. thank you for listening

The quantitive blood test says pregnant as low as 5 for the HCG level anything less than that is considered "not pregnant" if you come up "pregnant" I would get the beta HCG test to see where your levels are and if they are rising. Am I pregnant if I keep getting all the smptoms? all the test showing up negative? what going on? I could be month pregnant. Should I act or pretend I'm pregnant?
