Am I pregnant?

I have been experiencing very swollen tender breasts, very bad lower back pain, fatigue, and abdominal pain. I started discharging brownish pinkish colors. I am now experiencing a little heavier bright red bleeding with a lot of clotting. I had intercourse with my partner a little over 2 weeks now and I am not on birth control. We use condoms, but that time we didn't at first he had pre-***. I never have this bad of pain in my back and abdominal pain. I feel it more at night and I feel nauseous at times. My boobs are never this sore when I begin to get my period. Am I pregnant?
