BLOOD TEST RESULTS

I don't understand , I am being told that my test was negative and my HCG IS -2 are you kidding me what is going on?
This is the same results as the first blood test that was done on DEC 2ND. I thought that a blood test is to detect sooner then a preggo test this is stupid!!! It does not help that the docs office that I went is a bunch of FFFFFFF idiots either. I am so over all of it!!!!!!!!!

Did you have a positive pregnancy test at home? If you haven't and the blood test reads negative than you most likely are not pregnant. If your period is late then maybe you ovulated way later than expected.

Did they perchance test your progesterone as well? If your progesterone was high (above 10-15) then that means you probably ovulated recently.

All of my home pregnancy test have been negative, that is why I did the blood test to see if it would detect anything. They did not say anything about progesterone.

I would say the blood tests are very accurate.

I would unfortunately have to say that you are not pregnant.  The blood tests are very accurate.

IF home tests were negative and blood test was negative...I'd say it is negative.   Sorry !

I had a -2 hcg blood test and I wasn't pregnant, for sure.  I don't know how it gets negative, but anything less than 5 is considered not pregnant.  If you also had negative pregnancy tests than you probably aren't pregnant - or else it is too early to tell.  It does take 6-12 days after conception for implantation to occur.  Maybe test in a few weeks?  Best of luck

Well I know that I've been late for 2 weeks before and not been pregnant. I had reasons for being late and having irregular periods. I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Not saying you have it, just saying that sometimes there are things that pop up out of the blue that cause us to be late.
