Best/Worst part of childbirth preparation classes (from those of you who took them)

I'm signed up to take childbirth prep classes starting Jan. 6th...It is only 4 weeks, 2 hours every Tuesday. Two hours seems like a long time...so know I am trying to figure out what will be going on at these classes (the paper says natural birth/c-section info, pain managment info, tour of the hospital...)
So, from those of you who have taken these classes, what was the best thing and what was the worst (or most boring) thing...
AND has anybody taken these classes alone? DH goes to night school and we are now not sure if he can go...I'll be going one way or the other lol Although I'll probably feel funny if I do end up alone! We'll see!!!
