C-sections

I was wondering if there is a limit on how many c-sections they allow in a lifetime? I had both of my sons by c-section, my first son was Bc of stress his cord was wrapped around his throat 3 times. My second son was Bc he became stuck in the birth canal Bc the doctor told me my pelvic bones did not open. I have heard that you are only allowed 3 on a lifetime and was wondering if anyone else has heard of this.

It really depends on the doctor. Some allow 3, others have had 5. It also depends on YOUR history as well. This is something that you need to discuss with your doctor and find out.

It definitely depends on your personal medical history and your doctor. I would talk to your ob. I know one woman who had 5. She did have to have a hysterectomy afterword but her history was more compacted I believe.
