CREAM

HEY EVERYONE IM STILL KINDA NEW TO THIS MOTHERHOOD THING ..MY DAUGHTER IS 7 WEEKS OLD AND I WAS WONDERING IS IT OK TO PUT SOME CREAM ON HER FACE BECAUSE WHAT LOOKS LIKE EXCZEMA (eczema) IS STARTING TO APPEAR

if it a very mild, neutral ph cream it should be ok. using something specially formulated for babies after bath should help

I tihnk something like Johnsons baby lotion would be ok. I've used it. If you think it's actually eczema you may want to speak with her ped about something that will help clear it up.  Not all lotions help eczema, especially if they have alcohol, fragrances or other unnecessary additives in them.  My 7 yo has pretty bad eczema and we've found the aveeno line of products to be EXTREMELY helpful and it has helped us to minimize the use of topical steroids.  Aveeno does make a line of products for infants.  There is also an infant eczema cream tho I'm not sure of the brand..it's in a pale green and white tube though.

Aquaphor also works good for Eczema
