Well, let me explain my comment...last night I was replying to Gillianl, in the middle of typing a sentence and all of a sudden my nipples started burning. I mean out of nowhere. They felt like they were inches away from an open flame, really hot and slightly painful. I was wearing my bra that I've been in all day, so nothing new...I don't know what the heck caused it...It was pretty funny how I posted it, I just looked back on it. Lol.

it's so hard to not track! lol. i'm wondering when and if i ovulated. i don't feel any symptoms though and i'm feeling better now that i'm going to the gym regularly. i feel like i have more energy.

Well guy's it looks like i'm out this month, i've had light red bleeding this morning where i've had to wear a pad, the floods shouldn't start though till latest Saturday 30th Jan.

I told my partner last night we'll be BD for 2 weeks straight round about ovulation as i'm still not convinced i'm missing my ovulation.  I still think theres something wrong with why i'm not conceiving but i won't find that out until April.

Heather, SMJ i hope you both get your BFP's this month but i'm deffo giving up looking for symptoms i've had enough of being an emotional wreck every month when i get a new symptom.  Best of luck everyone!!!

I'm sorry...I really did think this was your month. Maybe you'll get one next month if you BD so much, the more sperm there the better kind of. I know they say everyday is bad, but that's what it took for a friend of mine, and now she's pregnant with a boy.

I'm not giving up on this month yet, but I'm not getting my hopes up still...there's no point if it ends in AF. So we'll see...I'm 8 or 9 DPO now, and I've got 6 HPTs. I don't know if I can wait until AF is due to test, but it is a better idea. Last month the whole evap line, BFN the next day and starting AF the same day...yeah that wasn't fun. I should just wait until Feb 3 since that's the day after AF is due...BUT maybe I won't and I'll test this weekend, maybe on the first...I do have 3 FRERs...what do you ladies think? Should I test early or wait?

i think you should test early but only if your ready to see a BFN, i don't mean that in a bad way i just mean so many people get a BFP after a missed period and are so down hearted when they get a BFN a few days before the BFP.

I really do hope all of you ladies get your BFP i don't want anyone to go through what i'm going through as this will now be starting 33 months of ttc, i'm slowly giving up hope of it never happening.

I know it will happen one day, it may take IVF but I'm sure it'll happen for you one day. I know you don't think so now, and nothing will change your mind, but have a little faith, not necessarily hope, but faith.

As for me...I STILL have EWCM creamy/yellowish...I've had it since ovulation...it's not a lot, by any means, but I still have it.

I just wondered what people honestly thought my chances may be of having conceived this month! My partner has been diagnosed with a low sperm count and my cycles range from 28-40 days! Im on day 32 and still havent come on, which isnt unusual though somethings making me think that i may have been lucky this month. My boobs have hurt since long before they normally start hurting! and have hurt constantly for the last week and a half which isnt normal. Ive also had a funny taste in my mouth though it does seem to have gone away today!!!  Ive been cramping for the last 14 days too which is probably AF but i just wanted to see what people thought? Ive never ever questioned symptoms before as always thought we wont be able to conceive and IVF will be the only way but i feel different this month!

I know you'll probably all say to test, which i will do after my longest cycle of 40 days but if anyone thinks its a ridiculous thought tell me now so i dont get too disappointed once again, or if anyone thinks its possible a bit of hope would be nice!

Ker84 - theres always a possibility, try to wait until AF is due to test, if you know when you O'd you might be able to get a BFP as early as 10-12 DPO

Ker84 - There is always a possibility that you have conceived, i can't really give you any positives on the symptoms as from my side of things i should have been pregnant every month for the past 2 and a half years if i went with symptoms alone.  I guess i'm just unlucky.  I do hope you get your BFP this month though!!

Ive had the worst mood swings as you prob know i have this month gillanl which isnt normal for me!!  Ive been up and down like a yo yo, anyway that little bit of hope you've both given me that it could be a very slim possiblity is a nice thought and enough to shut me up for a bit until the truth comes out!!  I know it will prob be AF as its been her for the last year and half now!!!

8dpo today and have been having some stomach issues for a couple of days, havin some cramping I am not used to getting. Cervix is also not usually so hight, soft, and closed at this point in my cycle. So hoping this is all good. Probly testing in a couple of days.

My AF is due Feb 5th and I hope she doesnt show. My husband convinced me to test a couple days ago and I knew it was too early and it was a BFN. I'm trying to hold out until next Friday to test but I'll tell ya now its going to be hard.

Smj- you and me are always the same. I have been getting EWCM that is creamy/yellowish since ovulation too!! And usually at this point I'm dry as a bone! Odd!

Ker84-I would say test right now!! Couldn't hurt!! Do you know your average cycle length?

I'm hoping for a bfp but I thought about it and I'm not so sure..my cycle seems a lot like last cycle so it's soo hard to tell. My lower abdomen is a little tender the last couple days and my creamy cm is really odd for me right now. Could go either way. I want something to come up like crazy sore boobs or something to make me think I may get a bfp. If no bfp then I may take a break from the whole thing. Not tracking bding or anything like that.

Im 12 or 13 dpo i dont know for sure because i didnt go look at my chart yet. AF is suppose to come tomorrow and normally i have spotting the day before she comes and lately i havent been having anything so i dont know whats going on. And i normally get EWCM and cramps the night before be i still have lotiony cm. I have light pelvic and back cramps so i dont know what to think. My mood is SO not improving today, if anything getting worse...DH came home from lunch and asked "can you clean something today" OMFG!!! I have two inside dogs and a son, I did clean the floor up, but the had I had just come from the potty and all three of them were on my kitchen table, had torn up a napkin it was all on the floor and had knocked down stuff from the table. I mean really!!! Don't come home and B!TCH at me when you weren't even here to see it happen. He told me I'd say the same thing and I told him, no I wouldn't because I know what it's like to sit at home all day and clean and have what you cleaned messed up five minutes later. I am NOT happy today. UGH!!! Hopefully tomorrow is better.

Heatherm4 - my last longest cycle was 40 days, only ever had 2 that long tho and im on day 33 today! I just darent test, it will more then likely be negative and then ill be gutted!!! I cant believe im actually holding out, but i am seriously scared about doing it and been faced with all the disappointment once again!! How are you getting on anyway???

Gillanl - how are you today, im slightly happier today then i have been the last few days! My boobs are still killing tho, im having to wear a granny looking bra which i refuse my partner to see me in because its soooo ugly but its the only comfortable bra when my boobs hurt sooo much!!!

I'm not doing to well today, discharge is still brown the red has disappeared and it's very minimum, but my back and left side are in so much pain i feel like i'm having my HSG all over again i really could cry the pain is that bad.

This is why i know AF is not far away, i normally get pain before AF but never this bad i just wish it was all over so i could get back to trying again :(

Awwww bless  you, i feel for you! I know excatly what its like! im in pain every single blinking month for 2 weeks solid before AF even arrives! I never have discharge or bleeding tho.  I really think should go back to your doc/specialist and question the bleeding, it seems you have it alot and their just not helping you enough!  

You never know if you dont normally cramp as much as what you are!!! You never know but best to get your bum to docs to get sorted.

Try see what you can get sorted.

LOL Yesterday I worked every waking moment of my day so I wasn't a happy camper and today DH is being douchey so it's not too good. I'm also feeling out too. I just don't "feel" or "sense" it so my hopes are down. We'll see. I'm not overly enthused. It's going to take a lot to convince me I'll be preggers!!

Gillian- I say you need to test and see what's going on. Ectopic pregnancies cause a lot of pain. And I agree...you need to see your doc and print off your tracker maybe---show them how much you spot all the time!!

Ker- Yep I'm feeling a little down about it this cycle...I just don't feel it. I would be super surprised if I came out with a bfp!

Heather- I dont know. I scrared to that if i test it will be too early.  I dont have any spotting but my cm has gotten a little thinner (milky) instead of lotiony so im wondering if AF is coming.

Should i test today??? I have breast tenderness, ovulation type cramps, and milky cm. Well, im starting to think im out.13 DPO and AF is suppose to come today.

I am 9dpo today......not sure what to think this month. Been really, really, tired. Not sleeping well and had a ton of pain (almost putting me in tears yesterday) on my right side. It kinda felt more like severe ovulation pain. I had it at time of ovulation and it went away for a couple days but then came back for the past few days but was just really bad yesterday. It's pretty much gone today. Not sure what it means. Is it a good or bad thing???? Getting excited that I can test soon but dont know what this pain is all about and if it is a good or bad thing. I know I had it before when a cyst ruptured but it got much worse and that was about 6 mos ago. Anyone ever have something like this and get a BFP???

well i guess im not pregnant. having light brown cm so i guess its AF. That makes me not want to try anymore because i get hopes up and do everything right but i right back at CD1. I took my test to day just incase it was just vaginal bleeding and it was negative.

If the bleeding doesnt get heavier then ill buy another test and test later but im sure it will.

As for me, haven't checked CM yet today...but it's still been EWCM/yellowish since between 1-3DPO...hoping that's a good sign.

ALL~~~Just FYI~~~I looked up CM in early pregnancy, and just because you don't have much doesn't mean you're not going to get a BFP. One site I found said basically that every woman's body is different and some of us may get increased CM and some of us may have NO CM. So go by what you're used to seeing. I'll look more up on it in a little bit...time to check CM, lol.

Ok..so my cervix still feels MIA...it's been REALLY high since a couple days after ovulation, and I STILL have yellowish/creamy/EWCM....WTH??? I hope this means a BFP is just around the corner. It's Friday, and I'm testing on Sunday at 12/13 DPO depending on if I ovulated CD 15 or 16...UGH...this waiting $UCK$!!! This has been a LONG TWW already...filled with tons of fun. Between DH's accident, house hunting, yesterday's fun, and now finding out today that my car (at my parents' house waiting for me to get back to the states) is dead. I don't know for sure what's wrong with it, my dad thinks it's electrical...and I just KNOW DH is gonna come home telling me "I told you so". He HATES my car, but I love it! It's a 97 Camaro, it's a blue/purple/gray mix in color, and my favorite part...it's a STANDARD!!! I'm all woman, that's for sure I like my sticks, lol. OH! Speaking of sticks...I have so not been in the mood to BD this last week. It's been since last Tuesday, and I could care less...definitely not my normal self in the bedroom department, normally if it's been 2-3 days I'm all over DH. Well I hope I at least provided some of you ladies with a bit of humor...I'm starting to think this month I'm not going to get my BFP cause it has been a bit stressful...we'll see though.

We are also house hunting and I have been working alot......it wasnt until these past few days off I started feeling weird and noticing things that are new. The pain on my right side came back again so it has been every day since about 4-5dpo........so I have no idea what it is but I have never had it this much before. Maybe its a good thing!!! I hope so!!

And I also have a very high/soft cervix right now and it is very closed......it being so high is not normal and I also have EWCM. So maybe this is a good sign for us!!

I think it may be a little easier for us since this is our starter home and we done plan on being in it more than 5 years........so we arent looking for perfection.........but it is still a pain. faith~~~I agree, I try to make every time special and not treat DH like a sperm bank. I try to continue with BDing often after ovulation, we just make sure to do it more during. I haven't been in the mood this month at ALL the last week or so...but I plan on making tonight a fun one.

sparah~~~Well we're only looking for a house for the next couple years since we're only going to be stationed in NC for 2-3 years. (DH is US Army) But we're still looking for some specifics that we won't negotiate on. Like trying to find a house with at least 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, at least 1800 sq ft. BUT I think we've found our house if we can get the VA loan paperwork through before the house is off the market.

smjmekg - i think everything is sounding quite positive for you, so ive got my little fingers crossed! Ive totally not felt like BDing for the last 5/6 days either!!! Which is also a bit strange, i dont think my partner is best pleased ha ha!  Keep us all updated and good luck, not long til you can test now.

Sprarah - i sometimes get a pain like what your describing, although probably not as bad! i mostly get the pain when i cough believe it or not and so when i coughi get a sharp stabbing pain in what feels like is my right ovary!!  I think give it up until you period is due and get checked out again, theres no harm in just going to put y our mind at rest.

Heatherm4 - you did make me laugh when you said about wearing black undies!! how funny!! All sound good for you, when you going to test??? Have you had any other signs??

faith2086 - how are getting on?? You havent actually said other than been so helpful to everyone else?? Have i missed your post on you or are just so helpful your forgetting your poor self???

Just before i go, i nearly caved in and tested last night only to find id ran out of tests and i wasnt going wasting my money on anymore so i guess i really will have to hold it out until my longest 40 days cycle!!! Ive still got really sore nipples (but thats normal) stomach cramps (altho higher in my tummy then normal and have lasted longer) a horrible taste in my mouth, keep burping acidy sick and food keeps repeating on me, lost interest in BDing a bit and thats prob about it! Not noticed any additional CM and im clueless with checking my cervix!!!  AF will more then likely arrive but the thought is still nice!!

I normally get brown discharge a few days before AF but never as long as 4DPO until AF arrives, i'm just hoping this is because my HSG has cleared my inside out, but i'll track again next month and see if it's the same as this month, if it is i'm going to make an appointment with my doctor.

I had really bad cramps in my back and left side yesterday, but they've become less painful though they are still there.  The discharge has become less as well i'm not sure if that's just because AF is due tomorrow.  i'm not building my hopes up on a BFP i'm just going to try a bit harder next month.

Glad to hear you sounding positive and not getting your hopes up! Ive never gotten my hopes up as much as i have this month, im trying to control myself so i dont head for a fall! Need some of your wisdom to keep me level headed!

Oh i rang my specialist yesterday to say my cycles are still long and im in discomfort! I really played on it and they have brought my appointment forward, so i now see them in 3 weeks i think they said will have to check when it comes through the post!!! You should try this, if you dont ask you dont get!!!  April is quite a wait especially after the amount of waiting you've already done.

Thanks, today is CD28 for me so i'm sure i'm due today/tomorrow latest.  i'm going to see how the rest of the day goes and exactly what sort of discharge i get.  Yesterday my cramps were unbearable i was sitting at my desk in work almost in tears with the pain, but it's not wore off to slight twinges.  I still think AF will arrive i've just not got the luck for a BFP.

I hope things go okay at your doc's appointment in 3 weeks, if i'm not preggo this month i'm going to see if the discharge comes back as long as it was this month if it does then i'm not waiting till April i will get an earlier appointment.

Well no if's, but's or maybe's i'm deffo out of the 2WW AF has just started and i'm in so much pain with cramp my back and abdomen are aching really bad.  I'll just have to try harder this month and keep checking the discharge i've been getting.

I'm 4-5 dpo, I think...I have been cramping for the past two days on and off and my boobs having been itchy...but the could be fabric softner related.

Thanks SMJMEKG about the CM info, that's really helpful to know about not showing alot of it and still can get bfp's.

Awww sorry to hear that Gillanl, good on you with the positive attitued tho!!!  Get that appointment re-booked and brought forward and find out what all your spotting is about! Maybe your having a period for me since mine can go right upto 40 days!!!

Earlier i said i havent had any CM, but ive just been to the toilet and had white lotioney CM (TMI-sorry)  what do you think could be the reason for that.  Is it normal to get increased CM before AF???  I cant say ive ever noticed this before, im not saying ive not had it before its just now im looking for symptoms you see!!!

Im guessing cos everyone else is from America that everyones in bed whilst here in the UK its middle of the day! I bet come tomorrow you'll all have plastered loads of comments and ill have loads of reading.  Hope you all have some promising updates, cant wait to hear some more of you get BFP.  I think im going to be out this month as got really bad AF cramps going on, shes still not showing any signs of her arrival but the low dull ache is enough for me to think its going to be tonight or tomorrow!!!! :-(

Well my doctor says my numbers are too low but I am going back on Monday to have my blood retested just to see where my numbers stand. I am not really getting my hopes up. My numbers were only at 36 yesterday and if I had taken a digital it would have shown up not pregnant. So I am going to go buy a digital test and a few others just cuz I cant stand the waiting!!!!

As of right now I'm having quite the pinchy cramps all day. It'll switch from the left to right but mostly on the left. I still have A LOT of CM......it changes throughout the day. It'll go from milky to ewcm to creamy! I don't really have anything else...my nipples are still a little tender and itchy at times but that's it. I'm approx 8dpo now.

Ker8...I'm trying to hold out and probably test on the 5th....depending how I feel I may give in and test on the 4th.

I am sitting at approx 8DPO aswell.  Quick questions. What is ewcm? I have remained kind of milky aswell with some times where it is kind of chunky, not really chunky but slightly. My boobs are a bit itchy and I am feeling kind of bloated.  I was brushing my daughters hair this morning and I nearly yach'd down her neck.  I am trying not to read into this because well, itchy boobs are itchy boobs...and sometimes I feel sick in the morning if I don't eat right away.  This was bad though.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you and i will let you lead the way on testing. It gives me a reason to hold off as long as possible. Keep us posted on symptoms. I can't remember my preg symptoms from when I had my daughter almost 6 years ago and I find it so frustrating that I can't tell the difference between AF and pregnancy.

Hi ladies. I feel a little better about ttc again but Its hard not to be upset becasue i really thought i was. I've been feeling alot different these last few cycles. I dont know why.

Since my last cycle, my period has been way light than usual and it ends alot earlier than its suppose to. COULD THAT MEAN ANYTHING??? I ask that because I have a friend that is pregnant now and she had her period for 3 months which were heavy but it only lasted 3 days (it came on the day it was suppose to and she still had period cramps). So she took about 4 pregnancy test (not sure which ones but they were expensive) that all came back negative. So she went to the doctor to see what was wrong with her periods, and actually found out the she was 10 weeks pregnant.

So i was wondering if i could still be pregnant. My period normally last 6-7 days and the first 3 days are really heavy w/clots. But since my last cycle, my periods are barely 4 days and it strats really light brown, then gets medium brown/red, then its back to light,then its done.

OMG it happened AGAIN!! I went into town tonight to pick DH up and 2 cars in a row had BFP as their first 3 letters!! LOL The first one I was like "weird" and I was thinking to myself "that would be crazy if the next one I get behind has the same thing." AND SURE ENOUGH!! So weird.
I have gotten in such a rotten mood tonight. Ever since I got home from work I have this overwhelming feeling...it's like really bad PMS. I refused to go anywhere tonight and feel like I could start AF any second. Back, legs and abdomen hurt. Cramping too. So messed!

Amanda- I'm not sure about that. I don't want to bring you down or anything by all means...but the chances of that are probably minimal aren't they? I know we always look for a little hope though....I guess your friend is proof that it happens!! How long have you been off the pill for?

I know right. lol but i feel that there is a little hope left though. Alot of people say that they have there periods when they were pregnant. I been off for 3 and a half months. I was on Orthro tricyclen LO. I checked with the doctor and my body is back to normal since im ovulating on my on and having my periods regularly. I just dont know why all of a sudden my periods are lighter and shorter. ANY HAVE ANY IDEAS?

hi im new to this site. but i truely think i am pregnant. My belly has already started to poke out (i use to be an athletic type). I also been feeling these little flutter in my lower stomach to and i know it is not gas. This will be my 1st pregnancy if i am (which i really hope i am). Some common symptoms i have had was frequent urination, eating more than usual, back aches, stomach aches, and also headaches. And those usual occur everyday now. The 1st time we had unprotected sex was sep.20.2009 and a couple hours later my period came on we also did it on oct 15, n oct 31 my ovalation day.If counting from the 1st time i could be about 19 weeks already. BUT the thing that has me in doubt is that my period comes on every month. My cycles have ALWAYS been regular but now they do not range in between there 28 day cycle anymore. They normally come like a 32 or later day cycle. I have heard of many women having there period for up until there 6 month. my mother was just the same way... Im just confused and looking for enlightenment PLEASE can anybody notify me on anything.. IM REALLY TRYING TO CONCIEVE (conceive).
