you can get pg at any time however you ovulate about 14 days before your period. really only time will tell.

No you are not pregnant. Although ovulation can vary from cycle to cycle, it is very very unlikely you will get pregnant 7 days before your period. Normally you ovulate 10-14 days before your period. If you started your period already ( and it is like a normal period), then chances are you are not.
