Can protein come & go

Ok so my bp has always been raised but today at  a check at the hospital bp was 160/100 and had +1 protein & raised White blood cells, they admitted me to hospital ( here now n bored!)   But like I said had raised bp through out but this is the first sign of protein :/ could this be the start of pre eclampsia ???

yes it very well could be. they need to draw blood and run a preeclamptic panel

How far along are you?  With rest sometimes it can get better, may give you medications to help.  Might be able to buy some time.  Could be start of pre eclampsia.  Did they start 24 hour urine or do liver AST/ALT lab tests?

33 weeks today, i ad blood tests which came back normal and my 24 hour urine has gone to the lab but because it's a weekend theres a small chance they will check it today because it's classed as "out of hours" :/
