well, when i made this account, i had to use my b/f's emaill addy b/c i had an account a long time ago on here (anxiety brds) and used my email and i cant remember nothing about that account. so i had to make a new one and use his email. hes getting agitated by all the medhelp stuff hes getting, so i was wondering if i could change email addys ( i created a new one) w/o having to create a whole new account? that would be so much easier :0  thanks to anyone who could help me!! appreciate it!

Yes. Once you have logged on:

1) Go to My MedHelp (heart near top right of screen)
2) Hit the "settings" link, again near top right of screen.
3) There is an email box.  I "assume" you can change your email there.  Also, directly under that are options for your email notifications preferences so you can also change what is sent to your email account.
