So usually I sleep in till about 11 but the past couple of days I cant seem to sleep past 8am!
I wake up and have to pee so bad my bladder hurts to move then cant get back to sleep no matter how desperatly I try, But im always able to take naps in the afternoon.
Anyone else get a messed up sleep schedule when theywere preggers
I can't sleep. I wake up all throughout the night, whether I have to pee or not. Falling asleep takes FOREVER. Oh it's just miserable. Sometimes I can nap and sometimes I cannot.
I look so incredibly tired lately that I don't allow anyone to take pictures.
I cant sleep either, most nights I cant fall asleep until 2am then I am up going to the bathroom, I toss and turn all night and then just as I fall asleep again my 2 year old wakes up grrrrr. I do manage to get naps in most days thank God. I am so exhausted but I figure it's just practice for the lack of sleep I will be facing in a couple weeks.
With my current pregnancy I wake up about three or four times a night having to use the bathroom and can't sleep past 5 or 6 in the morning when my husband goes to work. Last night didn't sleep more than 3 hours. I also wake up at about 2 or 3 in the morning starving and can't sleep unless I get up and eat, then I get heartburn when I eat and lay back down so have to take tums and drink a glass of water before going to bed. It's just aweful the things you have to go through. It pays off in the end though.
Toward the end of the pregnancy you might find you actually have more energy and feel like you don't need to sleep. But you really need toget as much as possible still, to prepare for when baby gets here and keeps you up all night. Just get as much rest as you can.
