at the same time everyday. Even if it's the weekend, I would set my alarm clock to wake me the same time I would if I was getting up for work, take my temps and go back to sleep. Once you take your temperature
and then once you've ovulated you will get a drop in temps. Then it will go back up, stay high until you get your period and it will go back down. It shows you how long your luteal phase is and will calculate your dates of ovulation. You will have to do this for multiple months in order to see any type of patterns. They give great info and have chat rooms as well.
I just joined this month...it is very good...make sure you buy a basal body thermometer instead of a regular one...they are more sensitive to the slightest changes...good luck...sorry to hear about af!
