Confused about Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage about a month ago and I was only 5 weeks pregnant when it had happened.  I just finished my first period after that happened and it wasn't normal.  It was alot lighter than it usually is.  I am having the same syptoms (symptoms) that I had when I first got pregnant, and I was just wondering if it is possible to become pregnant again.  It just seems like its happening all over again but I don't think I can get pregnant can I?

you can get pregnant again right away.  i have heard as early as 2 weeks after you miscarry.

I had a d and c on 10/12, did not get my first real period until 11/28 and i am now currently pregnanat again about 7-8weeks along
