Confusing a/f

Questions about a/f after d and c...............
1. I began spotting about a week bleeding for two weeks- is the first day of my period the first day o spotting or heavier bleeing?

2. I can't possibly expect a period a week later, right?

3. Could Ihave gotten pregnant during this length of time I was bleeding?

It's all so confusing. If nyoe has been through this or just happens to kow I would greaty aprreciate it. Thanks

I'm a little confused.  

What I can say is that light, medium, and heavy bleeding can be considered the first day as a period (after D&C) but spotting is not considered the first day...also your period can be irregular after m/c...
