Could I be Pregnant

I have been experiencing many strange symptoms.  My husband and I do not use birth control.  I have been haveing extreme nausia, gassy, sour burps that make me want to vommit.  Eating actually helps these for a while then it returns.  I can feel fine one minute then feel like I am about to vomit.  I found eating mints to help.  I am also very tired, no ambition to do anything, very irritable, I have no patience right now.  My breasts are sore.  I feel terrible.  This has been going on for almost a week.  My period is due today.  I had some spotting this morning when I went to the bathroom, so I thought ok I am not pregnant.  But I have had nothing else.  I feel awful.  I also took a pregnacy test that claimded you could test early on Tuesday.  It was negative.  Does anyone think I could be pregnant or is this a cruel joke from mother nature and I have just been having nasty pms?  Please help

Hmmm sounds like all pregnancy symptoms, but then again, could be your period too. The spotting could be implantation bleeding, but it could be the start of your period too, so it could go either way at this point I'd say - wait and see if your period starts, if it does, then there's your answer, if not, then wait a few days and take another HPT, and if that is also negative get a blood test just to make sure! :] Good luck I hope you get the answer you want!! :]

In my experience I had the same symptoms and got my period and then the same symptoms and I was pregnant.  The time I was pregnant I took a test that was "know 5 days sooner"  Well, it didn't work for me.  I took a test 2 days before my period, negative.  Then I took a test a day after my period was due and it was positive.  The only difference was my boobs.  They hurt so bad that I felt if you brushed up against me I was going to cry.  Good luck!
