Could I be pregnant?

Ok, I don't now what it's, I have symptoms like's, cramps in my lower pelvis, headache, nausea in the day, sometimes dizziness (but that is usual I don't now why( (neither the doctor in all this years),so I don't now it's count) and I'm really tired. But I never have it before even in my PMS, ok sometimes headache but nothing more, and in the 15 day of my cicle I spoting a little and since then begins all. I'm taking oral pill's and I forgot one, but take it a first hour the next day. My period have to come the 12/11.

Missing even one BC pill can render them ineffective.  BC also has a small failure rate even if taken perfectly.  Bottom line - you might be pregnant but its more likely that your not.  Wait until your period is due and take a test.
