Could I be pregnent???

Hi I have got some routine blood work done as per my doc's instrucitns a few days back. As per the results my TSH levels are 4.74 (indicating 1st trimister of pregnency) could I be pregnent???It is not even 1month yet after my last period.

Could I be pregnent or could it be thyroid problem???

First Trimester: 0.24 - 2.99
Second Trimester: .46-2.95
Third Trimester: .43 - 2.78
