And help give me low carb recipes? It's all about losing weight so we can have a baby! I just did my Billy Blank's Ab BootCamp and I couldn't even do the whole thing. I have very little ab muscle control. I can suck it in and I can feel tight abs but boy are they weak!!!
Anyway, low carb is the way to go with PCOS so please head on over to the link above and give me your fave low carb recipes! You can leave them here, too, so this keeps getting bumped up. My "conditions" and likes are listed on the other post.
