right around 18 weeks I had round ligamentAnterior cruciate ligament (acl) injury Tendon vs. ligament pain, oh it hurt!!!! Its very normal but also very painful, its just your ligaments stretching, it feels like a muscle cramp on your belly OUCH!! Usually hurts on one side more than the other.
