Cramps After AF???

by luv4ver, Mar 13, 2009 10:20PM
So I started my AF a week ago today. It is usually really bad the first few days n lasts 5-6 days (I think). But this time It was totally gone by the fourth day. But I've still been getting some cramping off n on. Could this be caused by having more sex lately? (Sorry if TMI) It's just very unusual for me. The last time it was short lke this I was under alot of stress but it was worse... I only had spotting. Anyways just wondering why I am still getting cramping???

Could be from more sex, or could be that your getting ready to ovulate soon. I never had cramping with ovulating until I was 20. Which started a week after my period until I passed ovulating. I'm actually on AF right now and haven't had the first cramp. But, afterwards I will cramp due to ovulating. Is your cycle regular?
