Cysts In Both Ovaries

I went to the Dr 1/8 and they done an Ultrasound and could not find any evidence of the sac.They found small cysts in both of my ovaries.My Hcg Level was 393.My Hcg Level on 1/15 was 6,124. I go back 2/7 for another Ultrasound. What do the two cysts in both ovaries mean. Could it be Twins. Help Please

Im not a docotor. But i Know they can tell the difference between a cyst and a sac. If they said you have a cyst than im sure its just that. I also ahve a huge cyst on my right ovarie. They are usually on them not in them. But the doctor does no the difference, Im kinda going through the same thing. My first u/s didnt show anythin but my cyst because they said i was to early to see a baby. And my HCG levels are not doubling they are rising but not doubling. BUt again to assure you a CYST IS A CYST AND A SAC IS A SAC. Dont be worried they know the difference.
