Darvocet and pregnancy

by Figure0156, May 01, 2009 09:52AM
I need to take medicine for chronic pain relief. My ob switched me from Tramadol to Darvocet. I take the N- 100/650
What i want to know is since i need 2-3 of these a day. I am wondering if Lortab or Vicodin would be better considering i am in my first trimester still. What can happen to a baby if the mother takes Darvocet for an entire pregnancy. My ob perscribed it but i know that not much is safe and i keep freaking out that my child will be born with severe birth defects. HELP???????????
