Decided to get an U/S need input

I am 4 weeks and 3 days, im going in for an U/S on Monday, i will be 5 weeks and 3 days. My question is, what can or should i expect to see at that time, then i thought mayb i should reschedule the test for friday which would make me 6 weeks on the dot.  My appointment with my ob is on the 30th, (i would be 7 weeks) what do you ladies think.

I would wait until your appointment with your ob.  You'll be further along and you might get to see the heart or even hear it.  If you go now, you might get disappointed and scared if they tell you something you don't want to hear.  The 30th is not that far away.  Before you know it it will be the 30th.

If you have any pain or anything of the sort that I would defitnetly go ASAP, but if you don't then I would wait.

Just relax, I know is easier said than done.  Your little bean is making a little home inside of you!!

I would wait.. at 5 weeks most likely you wont see much of anything.. and that will probably worry you even more.. I would wait until at least 6 weeks...  best of luck

All u would probably see at 5 wks will be a gestational sac with a yolk sac inside of it, probably  not even a baby.

I would definitely say wait..... I went in and was 6 weeks an 2 days and we saw a heart beat! i would at least wait until you are over 6 weeks.... I know how hard it is to wait... but if you go too early you might not see too much and that just causes extra worry! Good luck!!!

5w3d all we saw was a sac 5w6d all we saw was a sac and a fetal pole and then at 6w1d we saw a heartbeat. Def wait until after 6 weeks.

sorry meant to say at 5w6d only saw a gestational sac and a yoke sac no fetal pole at that time.

Ty ladies, think im going to schedule the appt for friday, i will be 6 weeks on the dot. (if they can get the results over to my dr in time, i just might go on the 27th.

i'm 4w pregnant n went for a us. Doc said my sac was too small n had 50%chance of pregnancy and said also said i need to take complete bed rest for next 15day. My next us is on 28th. Dono wat am i to expect.
