If there are still any concerns that she may be pregnant she can take a home pregnancy test as soon as she misses her period or as early as 14 days after you think she may have conceived.
Condoms are not a 100% effective and neither is birth control. I've had 3 friends get pregnant while taking birth control and 1 friend get pregnant using condoms. The odds maybe low but it happens all the time. If you're that worried, then maybe you shouldn't be having intercourse. Oral is always safe (if you don't want a baby). ;)
