Does Clomid change ovulation Date?

Does anyone know if clomid chanes whey you typically ovulate? I know it is typically prescribed for those who don't ovulate at all, but also (as in my case) for recurrent M/C. My doctor thinks I may have a possible issue in where my egg disintergrates an subsequently causes M/C and that clomid will make it a better egg becase of the more hormones clomid will make in my body. this is my first month taking it and i am wondering if it changes when ovulation will take place so i can BD at the right time :). - I had it down to a "science" before, just none of the BFP's have stuck.

i have taken both....i have PCOS ...i never used ovulation predictor kits to find out if i was ovulating because for some reason clomid, i was told screws up the answer on the strip...
