Double, blurred vision... not sure what to think.

Last night I was using my laptop when my vision went blurry and doubled.  It lasted about 30 mins.  When I tried to stand up I felt like I was falling backwards.  Could that had been my blood pressure?  Has any one has this happen?  My eyes hurt and I was very tired after it stopped.  Should I be concerned?

I haven't experienced that, but I know that sometimes happens during pregnancy. Its one of those surprising symptoms no one tells you about. Some people even need a different prescription for glasses and such. But it usually goes back to normal after you have the baby.

I had to get new glasses it has something to do with the extra water and blood flow. My eye dr. said my eyes should go back to normal after pregnancy but not in all cases.

i called the dr and they told me that if it happens again to go to the ER.

Yeah, that is a good idea, what with the losing ur balance and all. Let us know if it happens again and what the ER says.

I'll keep ya'll posted.  I will see my dr on the 12th and he will write my a script for a eletronic blood pressure thing.  So my insurance will pay for it.  I have not seen my dr yet so he will not call it in.
