Ectopic pregnancy?

hello,
i was reading up on this on the internet and i "think" i'm having some symptoms and just needed an opinion from other people, i'm having cramping in my pelvic area and my lower back is killing me it just keeps getting worse i've had the cramping for 2 days now and the lower back pain start last night and keeps geting worse. i called my dr and they are having me come in this afternoon.
its so scary to be pregnant.

cramping and pain is normal sometimes...usually signs of ectopic, if there are any are after a rupture and that gives you pain around your shoulder.  Cant remember which one....did you have a positive HPT, or is there other reasons you suspect pregnancy?

yes i did have a positive hpt i foudn out when i was 5 weeks  pregnant i am now  10 weeks had my first prenatal visit and everything. my neck and shoulders are stiff and sore but thought it was becuse i slept wrong maybe..who knows i will find out today!
