Fetus weight at scan - 18 weeks - baby too small - please help!!

Hi,

I went for a scan on Wednesday and i told them i was 18.6 weeks - however, i am merely going off my last cycle for the dates.
They did a scan an said i was a little early for the anomoly scan so i have to return in two weeks.
however, she took some measurements then said the baby was very small.  Please can someone look at my results and offer me some help!! Im nt frightened that the baby is not growing.  
She mentioned that is was the head and abdominal circumference that were too small for the dates.
Please reply if you can offer me some help, advice..thank you..xx

They're barely even measuring behind 18 weeks. Based on what you input you get these in terms of weeks.

DBP of 42.1= 18.6 weeks
HC of 144.3= Just about 18 weeks (it's 17.9)
AC of 123.2= 17 weeks (17.7)
FL of 28.1= 18.2 weeks

There's also a normal deviation for gestational age, and you fall in these categories. Based on my knowledge (which granted isn't high) baby sounds fine. I'm not to sure where she's getting that baby is "very small" as these don't sound small at all. I would definitely speak to another doctor and ask their opinion. Good luck.

Thank you so much.  im English but live in Italy so sometimes I get a litlte lost in translation.  However, i left the hospital feeling really worried as she was talking about the baby being very thin and maybe my dates were wrong.
Going back in 2 weeks so hopefully, things will be better.
Trying to est more meat and fruit now to hopefully see a big difference.

Just as a matter of clarification though---these measurements are all in mm correct?

Yes, they are in mm.
