Fibroma 9 cm

Hi!!
I went to my country Dominican Republic in Dec 2006. My gyne there found a big fibroma submucosal 8cm. She told I have to get pregnant soon.

I went back to montreal where I live and  7 months later I got pregnant . but unfortanly I had a miscarraige (miscarriage) I lost my baby of 8 weeks!!I was so sad!!!
My gyne in Canada, told me to try to get pregnant again and that miscarraige (miscarriage) happens a lot .time....
After that I have felt a big ball when I am sleeping... and big pains when I get the menstruations or I am ovulating......
I went back to Dominican Republic and they told me I have to get a miomectomia urgently.. beacause the fibroma it is so big and it is giving presure to my uterus.. so dont let the baby growth so if I get pregnant again I may lose it again or my pregnancy would be a high risk pregnancy.....

I came back to Canada and I found out I am pregnant again !!!! I have an appointment with my gyne in Canada in a month.... But I dont know what to do!! I am so scare to lose again my baby....... would that fibroma growth bigger with my pregnancy? should that be my reason of the miscarriages?
