b19 have gone up from 6 to 7.5. Anyone else ever deal with this??? I am to retest on Monday again to see if the numbers are changing
Does anyone know anything about fifths disease and pregnancy. I can find stats on the internet but nothing really talked about what happens if the numbers are increasing.
Hi! I don't know anything about the numbers related to fifths, but I am glad you are being watched carefully by a doctor. I know someone who had it in their 3rd trimester. It did cause problems, but in the end everyone was OK.
I doubt you have it though. I know the incubation period for fifths is not that long. I assume you would have shown symptoms by now. Anytime it went around work, everyone who did catch it got it within a few days to a week.
anemia (easy watched by a doctor and treated after birth) It did not give statistics on that just said it may.. so I'm guessing it is also a small percentage.
here. The mother of one of the children I work with told about it going around and looked it up in "what to expect when you're expecting" and that is the info given. It is really not a concern from what the book said.
I did have a cold a few weeks ago but not with a rash. From what I gather though, adults don't get the rash. Who knows... My dr. ordered a 3rd test to be done on Monday and said that worst case they will monitor me more closely like once a week for a few weeks.
Just wondering if anyone dealt with this coming into the 3rd trimester...
