First round of Clomid.... Please help

Hi guys, I have just had my first round of clomid on days 2-6. I have had my day 11 ultrasound scan today and I only had one egg that was 12.4mm. They want me to go back on thursday for another scan. I am really gutted that I only had one follicle and it was only the size that it was : ( Has anyone else only had one follicle on their day 11 scan? I understand that they are meant to grow 1-2mm per day thats why they want me to go back in a few days i guess? What happens if the follicle hasnt grown any more when i go back? She did't mention my lining either, and i forgot to ask. I really thought this was the month it was going to happen!! The doctor said that we only want one egg!!! But i have looked on the internet and most people have alot more than that! Is it too late for me this month??? My periods do range from 23-32 days so the doc said this could be one of my long cycles thats why the folli was so small? Please can anyone help, i really need someone to talk too. Partner is on ngt's which is also making the baby dancing difficult....
