Flu/Cold in Pregnancy...What can I take?

Im 23wks along and running a low grade fever and have a cold. What is safe to take for post-nasal drop, sore throat and fever? Is Day-Quil safe?

If you have a temperature it's really important that you take Tylenol to get it down for the baby's safety. But as with everything, ALWAYS consult your doc via phone (or, if your doc's office is as busy as mine, a nurse that works at his/her office will do) before taking something. I had a fever around 18 weeks and took Tylenol to reduce the fever - worked like a charm - and Sudafed because I literally could NOT breathe, I was miserable. I took the lowest dose. Halls cough drops help a sore throat, but try natural remedies first like popsicles, ice chips, etc.... Hope you feel better, its awful being sick AND pregnant!!

i just pulled out the packet i got from my OB.  the pregnancy safe med list says you can take the following:
Plain Robitussin or Robitussin DM
Sudafed
Zicam
Chlortrimeton
Benadryl if you are having trouble sleeping. and even tylenol PM (since benadryl is the sleeping agent in it.
cough drops and throat lozenges
Zinc
