Fluttering at 12w2d

Alright so as weird as this is all going to sound please bare with me. This is my first pregnancy if I am pregnant. The reason I say if is i've had all the symptoms for the past 3 months im just too scared to take a test because im afraid that my fiancee will be upset. Anyway back to the main point I had my ovary removed when i was 14 years old my left one to be exact. I have had extensive nerve damage in my lower abdominal area. The inside nerves are now highly sensative. Normally when i have gas it feels like a bumpish feeling going down my intestine this feels entirely different this feels like something is brushing along the inside of my lower abdomen.. I just wanna know if that is possible at all? Also I am having medium spotting with blood clots... please tell me this is normal as well!?!

Spotting yes, to an extent. Clots no. It's no good burying your head as one way or another you should go see your doctor
