I know what you mean but it is rare that I ever feel that. It is usually if I get down on the floor to play with my kids and then try to get back up. I'm not obese or anything, but I weigh 60 lbs more than I used to and I think that has a lot to do with it, in my case.
If I'm doing stretches or exercises, it can do that too!
OMG. I didnt know anyOne was having that pain, I thought it was just me.lol I have been getting is so bad in my left hip! It really hurts then i lay on it! its hurting right now too!
My hips have been pretty sore here lately (i'll be 16 wks tomorrow). Even laying with a pillow between my legs, they still hurt...but certain times if my legs are stretched out like sitting on the floor with your legs apart...one or the other will start to hurt REALLY bad...like a cramp and it hurts to move it but you can't rub it away becuase it's INSIDE the hip.. Sometimes it feels like one my hips has popped outta place.
Oh yeah! I have HORRIBLE hip pain every single night that wakes me up constantly. I even sleep with a pillow in between my legs and it still doesn't completely solve my problem:( The only relief is when I turn to my back for a moment and stretch my legs out, but my book says starting this week (16 weeks) not to lay on your back anymore! UGH.................with my first pregnancy I didn't get hip pain until the 9th month. No such luck this time:( Good luck to you--there isn't anything I really know of that helps.
I have the same pain in my right hip since I had my son 2 years ago
I am till 15lbs heavier than I was before I had my son. The pain my hip would be the worse during the night and to make things worse I am a side sleeper so I would sleep on my left hip but, it got to a point that the right hip would hurt anyway. One night I decided to do some stretches (putting the bottom of your feet together holding them at the ankle and bend your knees like in a frog bringing my kneeswhile pulling them to stomatch while laying on your back) and it seemed to ease the pain long enough to get through the night. I have been working out in the morning for a few weeks and doing squat and plea type cardio and It has helped so much. good luck
