WHEN DID YOU FIND OUT??????? i have an appt on january 11th ( i will be 16 weeks) and i am having an ultrasound done just wondering if i will know what i am having then

I was 17 weeks 4 days the first time i went in and they had to re-schedule because it was to soon to c everything and they couldnt tell the gender then and the 2nd time I went when i was 19 weeks 6 days and they said a girl and then i had to go back at 22 weeks 3 days because they didnt get good enough pics of the spine and heart and she is still a girl!! good luck and congrats!!!!

they could potentially tell as early as 16 weeks. For me I went to a separate office than my OB/ GYN to get the ultrasound done where they were able to determine the gender.

Usually gender can be determined anywhere between 16 and 20 weeks, though it does depend a lot on the tech and the position of the baby. Good luck!

i found out i was having a boy when i was 16 weeks 6 days! good luck!

i think my problem child is not gonna flash........and when i say problem child i mean this baby keeps me on my toes already! today we couldnt find heartbeat with fetal monitor because the baby would not stay still but finally we caught it 170......then i broke out in a rash from some antibotics last weeks and i still have the rash nothing makes it go away! dr called it a pregnancy rash! its horrible walking around looking so bad lol and itching everywhere i go (its on my face, neck and chest)

I don't know how true it is, but they say a high heartbeat is usually a girl!  Let's see if that holds true!   You have to let us know on January 11!  Good luck!

My daughters heartbeat started high at 171 then went lower and lower she was 140 at last apt.. so idk bout the heartbeat thing lol..But usually we figured out she is resting at appointments...

We didn't want to know with our son.  This time, we tried to find out at the 19 week ultrasound and couldn't (baby's legs were tight together the whole time).  The tech guessed girl (60-70 percent), but that's still just a guess in my books!!
