Geastational Sac Under developed

Hello,
I have just gone throught my first cycle of IVF. I am now about 6 weeks pregnant. Today I went in for an U/S and the doctor did see a gestational sac that measured 8mm. We did not see a yolk or fetal pole. Which seemed to be ok with my doctor. Her concern was the size of the gestational sac. She thought it was a little small for 6weeks and 3 days. It looked more like I was 5 weeks and 3days. She gave me a 50% chance of progressing. Has anyone else gone through this and do they have an words of wisdom for me? Thank You
